- Across 52 weeks, it is 1,300 a year.
Duplicate the current scenario, change only that item, and compare the monthly amount left over. The useful question is not whether 25 sounds large or small. It is what the annual change competes with in your particular scenario.
You might keep the cost, reduce something else, find more income, or decide the new total is not worth it.
