The debt-free date is the month and year when the entered debts reach zero in the projection.
It uses the balances, rates and payments in the scenario, plus any monthly Remaining amount and extra debt payment available to the calculation. Payments released by a cleared debt move to the next debt.
If a debt cannot be cleared within 30 years, the calculator says so instead of inventing a later date.
Worth knowing: The date will move when balances, rates, payments or the scenario surplus change. Treat it as a way to compare possibilities, not a guarantee.
