Use the number as information
- 7 to 10: the goal may be clear and important enough to act on.
- Below 7: do not use the score to judge yourself. Ask what would make the goal smaller, safer or more genuinely yours.
The score is not a prediction and it is not a grade. It can change when the goal, timing or circumstances change.
Tip: If commitment is low, shrink the first step until it feels like an easy yes. Small and done can teach you more than big and abandoned.
